Jenni is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Management. She also teaches at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge.

She has a master's from the University of Cambridge and a PhD from UCLan. Prior to her research and teaching at UCLan, Jenni worked for 15 years in the construction industry, leading and managing large and complex building projects.

Jenni's teaching and research focuses on the management of digital/hybrid teams and the impact of organisational culture on issues such as diversity and sustainability. Her research has been published internationally in leading academic journals and presented at the World Building Congress.

She is also a member of a number of international industry advisory groups, providing expertise on managing people and teams through the rapid digitalisation of their business practice.
