Sanda Ismail
Online Tutor, MSc Nursing and MSc Applied Public Health
Sanda has a Master's degree in Public Health and a PhD, both awarded by the University of the West of England (UWE, Bristol).
He has extensive teaching experience in leading and contributing to a range of BSc and MSc modules in Public Health and Nursing including Epidemiology, Research Methods, Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis.
Sanda is experienced and passionate about dementia research. He has a special interest in dementia prevention with a focus on the intersectionality of religion and ethnicity.
Sanda is keen on preparing students to tackle real-life health issues, including broader socio-ecological determinants of health.
