Tony Proctor is the Course Leader for the MSc Human Resource Management. He is also a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management as well as Course Leader of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) programmes.

He has delivered a range of training programmes in team development and leadership and is also an experienced facilitator, coach and Chartered Member of the CIPD.
